I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room exceeded my expectations - it was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with the hotel being just a short walk away from the ferry terminal and the city center. It was convenient for exploring this city on foot. The staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions or concerns.

Had a great New Year experience at this hotel! The staff was very nice and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. They even provided us with a map of the area and gave us tips on where to go and where to eat. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the metro station just a short walk away and the ferry terminal conveniently located in front of the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with three different options to choose from and the added bonus of having it served to our room.

The location of Trinity Luxury Resort was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions. The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video was a great addition, great to relax and watch our favorite shows. The Nespresso coffee machine and variety of teas added a nice touch to our mornings.

During my recent stay at a luxury hotel in Naples, I was amazed by the fine location. Being close to the port made it convenient for exploring the nearby islands. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided really good hospitality, even going above and beyond to offer us drinks and a bottle of sparkling wine.

There were a few challenges that I encountered. the entrance to the hotel was slightly difficult to find as it was a shared entrance of a large building.

Big, comfortable studio near attractions with easy access to airport bus and ferry. Helpful staff, great breakfast at nearby bar. Good view from balcony, clean room with Alexa.

The noise from the street outside could be a slight inconvenience at times.

the exclusive amenities, including a full body massage, were a highlight of our trip. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, and we appreciated the private facilities available to us. the outdoor dining area added to the ambiance, making our experience all the more enjoyable.
